DEFAULT TOUR FILE BY WEEKDAY

When running schedules, rather than
selecting one tour file for the
whole batch, you now select a tour
file for each day. This
allows customers that use multiple
tour files throughout the week to
run the entire week at once rather
than in parts. To further speed
things up, you can select a default
for each day of the week. To do
this, go into the tour file
maintenance screen and select
"Change" from the bottom-right hand
corner. A dialog will appear
allowing you to select any tour file
for each day.

frequent point of confusion in Monet
4.5 was the need to select skill
teams for each tour that had a
minimum shift count whenever a
schedule was run. To prevent error
and streamline the process, a
default skill team must now be
selected in tour file maintenance
for each tour with a minimum shift.

4.7, this little-known feature
still deserves highlighting.
For any field in Monet where a
time must be entered, you can
right-click on the field and
select the time from the face of
an analog clock.
